Now, in all fairness, if you sit through all 94 episodes of the hit TV series Sex and the City, you will see a fair number of women’s scarves and shawls adorning the necks, not only of our four favorite heroines, but also those of many of the minor characters and extras, although it is debatable as to just how many of these are made from silk. There are though, some very good reasons as to why each of Miranda, Charlotte, Samantha and, of course, our beloved Carrie, really should have invested in a fabulous collection of hand painted silk scarves and hand dyed shawls, so let’s look at each of our girls in turn.

Sex and the City 2 has been anticipated for two years after its first feature film debut. It was a hit television show. The women were all in a big city some new some were natives. And it all centered around Carrie Bradshaw who was able to narrate her life experiences to the world as well as her written word. But what was most impressive about the show was its steady stream of clothing and shows and bags and eye ware and accessories that made viewer’s think about all the different fashion possibilities and the beauty tips that the women were using to stay looking so young.
